We saw when the sales office was due to open, studied the site plans and decided to reserve a plot. Exactly six months later we picked up the keys and shortly after, we were settling down in our cosy new home; it instantly felt very homely..

We previously lived in a three-storey house with very steep stairs and it just didn’t suit our lifestyle anymore. Our new home is largely open-plan which is great for entertaining and ensuring that our dog, Fanny, has plenty of space to roam.

“I didn’t want to spend a couple of years doing a house up, I wanted to move in and live.”

When I first saw the Miller Homes development, I was happy with what I saw as the houses had a good quality of build using brickwork and blockwork. Now that my home is built, it’s even more spacious than I thought it would be when I originally looked at the plans. 

 

“Minerva Heights is in a good, central point.”

I travel frequently east and west to be with family, and to go between the various sites I travel to for work, like the Goodwood Race Circuit. Where I'm situated now makes that very easy for me. I also do a lot of mountain biking. There are a lot of parks to choose from, and Kingley Vale Nature Reserve isn’t far away. It’s a great area to live in.

I’ve had a lot of dealings with them, and no problem is ever too small. Jake and Trevor just get on with things and they’re a nice bunch. Grace and Kat in the Sales Suite were also both very helpful when I was originally looking to buy. I could always ask them questions and they would go above and beyond.

 

I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…

…because they are a better build quality than others and the aftercare is one-hundred and ten percent.

"I like that Minerva Heights has so much potential."

“I feel safe here.”

Minera Heights is close to my place of work. My neighbours are a similar age to me and the safety that I feel here was the main factor in purchasing my property. It's a proper neighbourhood with a nature reserve. It has the potential to grow into a really good development within a few years. There were other housing providers on the development, but I liked the Miller Homes houses the best. I liked everything about the development, I particularly liked the driveways and size of the houses. Miller Homes is much better than the other developers.

Miller Homes were great. The solicitors were amazing and helpful. I spoke to them four times a week for two months. I was able to speak to them on the phone, via email and in person, they were really helpful.

…because one of the managers checks up on all the clients to see if they need anything. There have been delays but in the current economic climate that's understandable. They provide text messages and emails and I feel like I'm being looked after. The service they provide can't be matched.
