Buying a home
We do everything we can to make the process of buying a home a positive experience in every way. Better than just straightforward, it should be enjoyable and exciting. It's a big investment of time, money and emotions, and we never forget that.

We'll do our best to help you find what you’re looking for, without being obtrusive or pressuring you. If you’re interested in one of our developments, you can talk to one of our Development Sales Managers, who will answer any questions you have and tell you about any special offers that might interest you, such as our buying incentive schemes.

If you decide to buy one of our homes, we'll provide as much help and advice as you want by phone, email or text, whichever you prefer. You'll have access to our custom designed app and, of course, our website. We have created tools that enable you to explore options, and even make preliminary reservations, online. You’ll meet your Development Sales Manager and your Site Manager, who is responsible for all aspects of the building work. You’ll be able to access our records of the meetings we have with you, so you always know exactly what’s happening. We’ll keep you informed about how the building process is coming along, and invite you to personalise your new home, choosing details like your tiles, kitchen doors and worktops, and add from a range of options (we have a Visualiser tool that can help, even before you decide whether to buy) so your new home begins to reflect your individuality long before you move in. We’ll invite you to inspect the craftsmanship before it’s all covered up by fittings and finishes. When we give you the keys, we’ll arrange a meeting where we can talk you through all the practical information you need about your new home, and make sure you have full instructions for all your appliances. And after that, we’ll still be on hand each and every time you need us. That’s a promise.
