"We love the layout of the house with the kitchen-diner looking out over a south-facing garden and bay window in the lounge. It’s a house we can grow into over the years.

Moving to Cranleigh means we have more space but can still keep commuting to a minimum for us both – although at the moment the extra space is really coming in handy with working remotely, it will offer the perfect balance for flexible working going forward. The village has a real sense of community, so it is a good place to start a family and we have recently got a puppy called Max, he loves exploring the local area.

The whole buying process was simple and straightforward.

All the Miller Homes staff we worked with have been excellent, kept us informed and updated the My Miller Home app with the latest pictures as the build progressed."

“We love living here because it’s handy to get to work as the roads are well connected, and the village is nice with a lovely café, little shops and lots of pubs.

We were happy to see there was space in the layout of Charters Gate between the houses, as well as in the houses themselves.  We have bigger rooms than where we lived previously, and higher ceilings. 

 When we were moving I was heavily pregnant, and they went out of their way to speed the buying process up.

They were in contact with both the solicitors and estate agents.  They were constantly chasing things for the house we sold to make sure everybody was doing what they needed to do.  In the process we enjoyed being able to come see the house when it was being built, both before the paint was on and at the home demonstration.  It was quite nice, as we could envision what it would be like when we moved in.
