    On 10th November, the remaining £51m of Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes (due October 2023) were redeemed in light of the impending changes to LIBOR. Also, on the same day, the remaining intercompany loan (also £51m) was repaid. Both repayments were made from existing cash balances which as at 30th September stood at £269m. Proforma net leverage as at 30th September following these transactions was 1.2x. Our revised senior secured debt post this transaction is £404m Senior Secured Notes (due October 2024). Our next quarterly results call is scheduled for 23rd November at 2pm.

    On 27 July, a £160m private placement was concluded, the purpose of which was to repay £110m of Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes and to take advantage of emerging land opportunities. This transaction also resulted in an extension in the maturity of our senior secured debt with the new Senior Secured Notes due in October 2024, one year later than the Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes. Our revised senior secured debt post this transaction is £404m Senior Secured Notes (due October 2024) and £51m Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes (due October 2023).

    It was disclosed in previous quarterly reports that the Company may from time to time purchase its own bonds in order to manage the cost of debt and future liquidity. On or around June, 11 2018, the Company completed the purchase of £6m 5.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 and £14m Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes (L+5.25%) due 2023 . All notes were cancelled on June 11, 2018 bringing the gross debt obligations of the issuer to £244m fixed and £161m floating respectively.
