We are looking to recruit a surveyor to join our Commercial team based in our Newcastle Office reporting to the Commercial Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Procurement of sub-contract trades
• Contract management of appointed sub-contract trades
• Preparation of site budgets
• Consolidation and analysis of monthly commercial reports
• Management of sub-contractor payments
• Liaising with the finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of live developments is maintained

Experience of working for a house building organisation or the wider construction sector is essential. A recognised surveying qualification either HNC or HND would be desirable.
